Positive: Excellent location (located right opposite a 7-11 where we bought ingredients to cook) and excellent facilities (comes with a full kitchen and we enjoyed cooking there!). Toilet was large and clean, bedding and sofa were comfortable, and when we drew open the curtains we had a clear unobstructed view of mount fuji! Would highly recommend this place to anyone
